Registration Process

Submit your registration Spots are limited to 2-4 participants per country with equal gender distribution.

Selection after deadline Organizers prioritize those who signed up first. Others join a waiting list per country.

Confirm your spot Selected participants have 1 week to buy travel tickets and send proof, or the next person on the waiting list is invited.
⚠️ Important Requirements:

You must be physically able to participate in construction work and be able to commit to the entire week (August 22-29). This conference involves hands-on building activities with Habitat for Humanity. If you have any physical limitations or cannot attend the full duration, please reach out to the organizers before submitting your registration.

Travel expenses and refunds:

There is no participant fee. Everyone pays their own travel expenses up front. The Central Europe Area will reimburse up to 200 EUR of the flight tickets, if it is needed.
